Palette Royal Reflections Hotel and Spa Dubai

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a completely terrible experience from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone thinking of booking here to look for another option. First of all, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms are non-existent. The furniture and fixtures are incredibly old and outdated. Many things in the bathroom and around the room were covered in rust, which feels very unsafe and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the room was full of insects. It felt like the place hadn't been properly cleaned or pest-controlled in years. It was impossible to feel comfortable or get a good night's sleep with bugs crawling around. For the price they charge, this is absolutely unacceptable. The management needs to do a complete renovation and address the pest issue immediately. Save your money and health—do not stay here!
