We had an absolutely wonderful stay at One&Only The Palm. The hotel is stunning, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Every detail reflects luxury and comfort, making our stay truly memorable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options to choose from each morning. What made our experience even more special was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Santosh and Fitri, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend One&Only The Palm and look forward to returning in the future!
