I came to spend a relaxing day at the pool, and had an amazing time! This wasn’t my first visit at this hotel, but it was my first time using the pool and spa facilities. Everything was spotless, and the service was exceptional from the moment I made my reservation by phone until the moment I left. Every single employee had a sincere smile, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Vivek was the server in my area, and he was fantastic. He made sure I had everything I needed without ever being intrusive — the perfect balance! He was knowledgeable about the food and beverage menu and gave great recommendations. I spent the day with a passion fruit margarita that was honestly the best margarita I’ve ever had. I did have a small mishap when a crow swooped in and ate some of my salad, but Vivek spotted it from meters away and came straight over to replace it with a fresh one! The pool attendants were wonderful too. I can’t wait to share this experience with the rest of my community, and I definitely can’t wait to come back with friends and family. You are indeed One&Only! ❤️
