I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing staff. Carolina and Yousef were both incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank Carolina. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She was always friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me whenever I needed anything. Yousef was also very welcoming, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. Their excellent service and positive attitude made a lasting impression on me. Thank you both for your outstanding hospitality. You truly made my experience unforgettable, and I highly recommend this hotel because of people like you.
