This hotel acts as an hotel, yet in reality cancels your order a day before. They ask for 2 payments: A. For the stay, B. For a reservation guarentee to make sure you do not damage their property (about 1500AED!!!?). They then cancel the booking but do not return your money. Took me 5 months, and I had to resort to international credit card transfer investigation. Never get close to them. Their contacts simply lie day after day with no concern.
