Mood Living 22

I’ve stayed at Mood Living 22 for about three months, and I can confidently say it’s been a top-notch experience. This building only has a variation of studio apartments while they also has a sister building not to far away (Mood Living 45) that has studio, 1bedrooms and 2bedrooms units. Mood livings studio units all boast a loft style layout with the beds being on the “2nd Floor”. The studios are modern, impeccably clean, and fully furnished. Weekly cleaning is included, with fresh towels, toiletries, and even kitchen essentials like oil and detergent replenished. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary cookware & pots/pans, and the private terrace unit I’m staying in is spacious with multiple balconies. The building itself offers 24/7 security (s/o to Ismail, always being kind, helpful and greeting me with a smile), and when I lost my key, they replaced it immediately (no charge). There’s a common workspace downstairs, a rooftop pool with an onsite lifeguard, and a gym—while the gym is modest, it’s sufficient for basic workouts. The location is a major highlight: right off Sheikh Zayed Road, with quick access to DIFC, the airport, and even more affordable areas like Al Satwa. Above all, Caleb & Nader, the property managers, are exceptional. They responds to any query—whether morning, afternoon, or evening—within minutes. Issues, such as a loose showerhead or dishwasher mishap, were resolved by onsite maintenance in mere minutes (maintenance usually arrives within 15 mins to address any issue or question I’ve entailed to Nader or Caleb). The combination of thoughtful amenities, prime location, and outstanding property management makes this a strong five-star recommendation. If you’re a bachelor, couple, or small family, it’s a perfect fit. I’d give it a six if I could!
