Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable and tidy, and the bathroom was very clean. The staff's service was excellent—very attentive, especially Ayperi; she was always very courteous and kept on top of everything. If we return to Dubai, we hope to see her again. It’s not that close to downtown, but it is near the metro, which takes you to Dubai Mall in 15 minutes. If you're traveling with children, the hotel offers daily on-site activities for them so they don't get bored.
