Marina Quays Residences - Dubai Marina

Update2: today the “management” cut electricity to half the building without notice. You’re on your own fighting a huge bureaucracy where no one is responsible for anything. Update; the building is close to unlivable due to the constant noise from the party boats on the water and honking cars from two sides. Security does nothing. Authorities don’t respond to pleas for help from residents either. The building is nice (although aging quickly), but the management is absolutely horrific. The amount of incompetence is just staggering. Security does not make anything secure, maintenance is ineffective and no one on the ground can either solve a thing or just answer a question. The view is great, but the noise from the road on both sides is excessive - people are honking all day and all evening / night, you can hear it even on the 30th floor.
