We have been living at Manazel Al Safa Tower for the past year, and while the property itself is satisfactory, the experience dealing with the point of contact, Odrin Mendoza, has been extremely frustrating. Frankly, it is easier to get a response from the White House than from her. Communication is consistently delayed, unprofessional, and unreliable. A simple email took nearly two weeks to receive a response, and a basic contract renewal ~something that should be routine ~took almost a full month to process. In any competent professional setting, this level of inefficiency would be unacceptable. There appears to be a complete disregard for timelines, urgency, and tenant experience. If this is the standard of service being maintained, it reflects poorly on the overall management of an otherwise decent property. The building deserves better representation than this level of service.
