We stayed at Lapita Resort as a family of four with teens, over the Eid break. Despite the parks being closed, we had a very positive experience. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the service felt well coordinated across the resort. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Staff often anticipated needs rather than just reacting to them. The overall impression was of a well-trained team working efficiently together. A relaxing stay with genuinely good service throughout. Thank you and well-done! We hope to return soon.
