I have been living in this apartment for almost two years, and in that entire time I have not had a single reliable hot shower. The water pressure is consistently weak, and almost every single time I shower, the hot water stops unexpectedly. What should be a basic daily necessity has become a constant frustration, often forcing me to finish my shower with cold water. Every time I report the issue through the DAMAC app, maintenance attends, only to tell me that there is “no problem” and that it is simply a building issue. The complaint is then closed, but the problem remains exactly the same. After almost two years of reporting the same issue, no meaningful solution has yet been provided. If you enjoy weak water pressure and unpredictable cold showers, then this may be the perfect place for you. If you expect a functioning hot water system, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Being unable to take a basic hot shower for two years is simply unacceptable.
