Jumeirah Mina Al Salam Dubai

I'd like to share my honest opinion about my stay at Mina Al Salam. To start with, I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the breakfast area, which was elegant and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was served in beautiful porcelain cups. The waiters were polite, friendly, and welcoming. Another highlight was the beach, which was very clean and well kept, and the staff there were also helpful. I also liked the hotel lobby, which was elegant and luxurious. However, every positive had its downside. I arrived late at night, and there was no hot water, so taking a shower was extremely uncomfortable. There also seemed to be some organizational issues among the staff. We ordered an ice bucket, waited quite a while for it, and then, about half an hour later, another bucket was delivered unnecessarily. Another drawback was the noisy maintenance work early in the morning and late at night, which was a major inconvenience. Last but not least, I was disappointed with the view. I had booked a room with an ocean view, but the room only offered a partial ocean view. For these reasons, I probably won't choose Mina Al Salam again.
