Holistay Luxury Homes, Down Town Direct Access Dubai Mall

This was by far the worst and most misleading experience I have ever had!!. The listing claims to be a 5-star stay, but in reality, it’s nothing close to that — absolutely false advertising. There were no basic essentials provided: no tissues, no towels, no cleanliness whatsoever. There was no valet parking, no luggage assistance, and zero hospitality. To make things worse, the person renting the place is an individual, not a company, and shows no sense of responsibility. If anything goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect any support — they completely ignore you. The only thing they care about is getting the access card back at checkout. This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will never book this place again, and I strongly urge Booking to remove this listing immediately to protect other customers from falling into the same trap
