We have been living here on and off since 2021. Started in a 1 Bedroom, then 2 Bedroom and now a 2 story 3 Bedroom Duplex. Its a beautiful nostalgic European Iran - style of design. Modern futuristic and Dubai oriented but with obvious grandeur Persian roots. Full ceiling high & wide windows, high ceilings, large open space balconies (sometimes to the point where it doesnt make sense why they needed to make bedroom so small when they could have ate at least 25% of these open footbal field balconies) large kitchens and open spaces and corridors, greens and flowers embedded into the front building entry columns, Miami style pool area with lots of greens and trees, and that sand colored post-modern design of a curved building that screams grandeur, stoicism and futuristic Persia. Sometimes giving you a timeless feeling of aristocracy and futurism, like you are living inside Venus Project building from Jacque Fresco's designs. The air intake and oxygen exhaust is one of the best in the city, clean oxygen flows into apartments, and as long as you do a deep clean of your AC yearly, you will have some of the freshest air in sometimes very sandy dunes of Dubai. There used to be a bar but for some reason its now closed. There is yet another Cafe in the lobby floor Arasi that is aiming to be a chic and stylish cafe that feeds you well and provides lounge zone work space in the process. The parking is clean and building security with owners are absolutely amazing at letting us keep boxes and small storage units/tires etc. behind our parking spaces. The vibe is busy, constant barrage of Careem captains, service men and women from cleaners to gardeners are visiting the building, the crowd is "rich" upbeat and young, a few airline Captains, some families with kids but not a whole lot, unfortunately there is zero kids activity spaces except the pool area that my children can participate in. No playground on the premises, no lounge rooms with table tennis or game tables, no sauna (!) which is a huge minus for a building as such, the gym has wooden parquet floor which is superb, no carcinogenic stench coming from some rubber gym worn out smelly floor like in many buildings in JVC, the gym in terms of usability is standard with 4 treadmills, 2 bicycle rigs and a rowing rig, a few chest rigs, press, arms, dumbbells etc. And again zero other amenities. Just the gym, pool, cafe, outside seating area, and thats it. Creating a Sauna would be so easy for them, not sure why the building mngmt didnt rectify this issue. A play room would be nice too for the kids. Other than that, by vibes, balcony sunsets and green park runs that surround the building I'd say one or the best buildings in Dubai in this retro-Jetsons-Persia -of-the-future style. I wish the management did a better job at cleaning the corridors, removing mold in any piping situations and overall upkeep and refresh of a 7 year old building.
