Very disappointing experience. The reception staff behaved as if they were doing guests a favor by allowing them to stay, rather than providing a service. Customer service was poor, and basic common sense seemed to be missing. The room cleanliness was unacceptable — there were cockroaches, and it felt like an entire family of them was living there. It was also difficult to tell when the towels had last been changed. What was most frustrating was the inconsistent enforcement of hotel rules. The rules seemed to apply to some guests but not others, and they appeared to change depending on the situation or person involved. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and management consistency.
