This was my second time staying at Ciel Dubai Marina, and once again, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. I was here for a two-week working session with our team, and the hotel exceeded every expectation. The property itself is truly luxurious — beautifully appointed rooms with breathtaking views of the Marina that never get old and impeccable service to match. A special and heartfelt thank you to the entire team and Merry from Property Management and Khusboo from Guest Services, who took care of us from start to finish. Right from the reservation stage, through check-in, and our stay, every single need was anticipated and handled seamlessly. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. Since this was a working trip, the conference room facilities were especially important to us — and they delivered brilliantly. The room was very well equipped, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed at all times, from setup to food and refreshments. It allowed our team to stay completely focused on our work without a single distraction. Whether you're traveling with family or on business, Ciel Dubai Marina is an absolute gem. Highly recommend — we'll definitely be back!
