Bloom Height Tower

I honestly would not recommend living in this building, mainly because of one major issue: there is absolutely no privacy. The walls between apartments are unbelievably thin. You can hear everything from both sides—left and right—as if you are sharing the same space. Normal, everyday sounds don’t just carry… they feel like they’re happening inside your own apartment. You can clearly hear: • Neighbors talking on the phone • Conversations word for word • TVs playing • Kids laughing, playing, and screaming • Doors, movement, and daily routines I can even hear when my neighbor is plugging the charger in the wall!! It genuinely feels like you are living inside your neighbors’ apartments. There is no sense of separation at all. Even very private sounds can be heard, which makes the situation extremely uncomfortable and intrusive. To make things worse, during a renovation in the neighboring apartment, workers actually punctured through my wall because of how thin and weak it is. The material inside is not proper concrete—it’s closer to foam or board, which is shocking for a residential building. Another major issue is the fire alarm system, which goes off almost daily—sometimes 2–3 times a day. Every time it happens: • Elevators stop working for 10–15 minutes (very frustrating, especially when you’re rushing to work) • Gas supply gets cut off while cooking, and it can take 1–2 hours to come back This is extremely disruptive to daily life. Other problems include: • Very loud AC noise inside the apartment • Poor cleanliness in common areas—corridors and elevators are often dirty, mirrors rarely cleaned • The trash chute noise is incredibly loud, like an explosion, especially noticeable on lower floors Overall, the lack of privacy alone makes this building very difficult to live in. Combined with the other issues, it creates a frustrating and uncomfortable living environment.
