This is honestly one of the worst buildings I’ve lived in. I’ve been a tenant for one year, and despite the building being new, problems started almost immediately. The pool had a leakage within the first year, and for the past three months there has been constant repair work. The noise is unbearable — even from higher floors it’s so loud it gives you a headache. As if that’s not enough, there is construction right in front of the building. Work starts at 6 AM and sometimes goes on until 2 AM, even on weekends. There is absolutely no peace at any time of the day. The management is just as bad. For over a year, we’ve been trying to get a simple kitchen issue fixed — we even offered to pay ourselves — and they completely ignore us. No replies, no accountability, nothing. Very rude and unprofessional. Overall, you’re paying a lot of money to live in constant noise with zero support from management. Definitely not worth it.
