- The half-board rate is valid for 1 or 2 adults. An additional charge will apply at the hotel for extra person and children. Special brunch is not included in the half-board rate. A meal upgrade is available with an additional charge to be paid at the venue.
- Half-board meal (dinner) will be served in All Day Dining Restaurant, Zala Restaurant only. To upgrade dinner to Al Hadheerah Desert Restaurant (Mainly Arabic cuisines), a supplement will charged at the hotel directly.
- Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
- Resort credit during summer only applies to Spa and Leisure Activities.
