Severe Bed Bug & Cockroach Infestation – Do Not Stay Here ​My fiancé and I stayed in Room 307 at Azur Regency Al Mankhool for 9 nights, and it was a health nightmare. We discovered a live bed bug infestation (photos attached) and suffered extensive, painful bites across our bodies. The bite patterns clearly indicate this was a long-term issue, not a "one-off" incident. To make matters worse, we also found multiple cockroaches in our room, proving a systemic lack of hygiene and failed pest control protocols. ​When we reported this, management’s response was insulting. Despite photographic proof of the insects and our injuries, they attempted to claim "no evidence was found" during their internal inspection. They refused a full refund for our stay in this uninhabitable room, offering only a "goodwill gesture" of 3 nights while refusing to cover the professional dry cleaning costs required to prevent us from carrying the infestation to our next destination. ​We will officially escalated this case to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and the Dubai Municipality for health code violations. ​Pros: None. Cons: Bed bugs, cockroaches, and management that denies documented evidence. ​Avoid this property at all costs for your own safety and health.
