We booked 4 rooms and arrived at 430pm but one room only is available till around 645pm rooms same others customers when we arrieved. we understand that we booked at peak season but management should prepare for this fullpack of bookings. No one showed up to explain why there was delayed. I am sorry to the staff of the reception as they are the one whose receiving the complaints and no one from management to be their side to support. Rooms are nice but tv is not working unless to call the service. Swimming pool are not allowed the below 5 years we understand your policy but you can give consideration with the parents responsibility . Their system is not updated , we paid BF then we came down and they cannot find our rooms avail the BF. Good thing that we enjoyed Boracay night club and its was entertainment at least there something good in that hotel.
