After a disappointing start to my stay, I have to give credit where it’s due. My concerns were handled professionally and with genuine care by Mr. Oscar, the Hotel Manager, and Ms. Honey May from the Front Desk. They took the time to listen, addressed all of my concerns promptly, and made every effort to ensure the rest of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their excellent customer service completely changed my experience. Because of the way they handled the situation, I decided to extend my stay and I’m still staying at the hotel. Thank you, Mr. Oscar and Ms. Honey May, for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Your outstanding hospitality turned what began as a disappointing experience into a very positive one. I truly appreciate your efforts and would happily recommend Al Khoory Atrium Hotel because of the exceptional service you provided.
