Subject: Complaint Regarding Misleading Information and Poor Service Dear Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your hotel. Before arriving, we contacted your receptionist, Mr. Saidi, and specifically asked whether shisha and the FIFA match live stream were available. He confirmed that both were available, and based on this information, we traveled a long distance to your hotel using Uber. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed by the shisha lounge staff that the FIFA match would not be shown. This was extremely disappointing, as the information provided by your receptionist was inaccurate and was the main reason for our visit. Additionally, I am currently recovering from surgery and have difficulty walking. Despite my condition, I made the effort to travel and walk to the venue, only to discover that the promised service was unavailable. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, physical discomfort, and transportation expenses. Furthermore, the service we received during our visit was below expectations. We believe that customers should be provided with accurate information before making the decision to visit. I kindly request that management review this matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar situations from affecting other guests in the future.
