The Avenue Hotel

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and does not meet the standards of a five-star property. Starting with the coffee machine, it was not clean and there were no coffee capsules provided at all, making it unusable. In addition, there was no bathrobe available for use, and even basic bathroom essentials were missing. The shower cap was also not provided, which is expected in a hotel of this category. The room itself was not properly prepared. The bathroom paper roll was already partially used instead of being replaced with a fresh one, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. The overall cleanliness was below expectations. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell similar to cigarette smoke, which made the environment uncomfortable from the beginning. Overall, these issues reflect poor attention to detail and service, and the hotel clearly does not live up to a five-star standard.
