Terminal Inn Old Airport-Furnished Hotel & Apartment

My family was visiting Qatar, so I needed to book a hotel apartment for their stay. While searching for options, I came across **Terminal Inn by Edar – Najma**, which was running an attractive promotional offer. Given its reasonable pricing, central location, and proximity to key attractions, I decided to make the booking. The property is conveniently located within the city, with easy access to the Metro, hypermarkets, restaurants, and other essential amenities. We stayed in a **one-bedroom apartment**, which was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a large flat-screen TV, washing machine, microwave, electric stove, and daily housekeeping service. Complimentary tea and drinking water were replenished every day, which was a thoughtful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, allowing us to relax without any disturbances. Having an allocated parking space was an added convenience. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The customer service team, security personnel, and housekeeping staff were always courteous, professional, and attentive to our needs. I would particularly like to recognize **Bengha** from the Customer Service Desk, as well as **James** and **Yousef** from the security team. They were always well-mannered, approachable, and quick to assist whenever required. I would confidently recommend **Terminal Inn by Edar – Najma** to anyone visiting Qatar or looking for a short staycation. The combination of comfort, location, amenities, and outstanding hospitality makes it a commendable place to stay. A sincere thank you to the entire Terminal Inn Najma team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The only area that I believe could be improved is the parking access. Currently, the security team needs to manually open the gate whenever a guest enters or exits the parking area. While the security staff were always helpful and responsive, this process could be made more convenient and efficient. A possible enhancement would be to provide guests with an access card during check-in, allowing them to enter and exit the parking area by simply tapping the card at the gate. This would improve the overall guest experience, reduce waiting times, and make parking access more seamless.
