I booked directly with the reception a few days in advance, and from the moment I arrived, every single staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I requested a sea-view room, and it was exactly as I hoped—beautiful, elegant, quiet, and very comfortable. In the evening, I ordered a mini birthday cake, and it was delivered to my room, making my celebration even more special. The next morning, I had a photoshoot around the hotel and the marina, which was absolutely stunning. I also requested breakfast to be served in my room along with a birthday card. The team prepared a beautiful breakfast setup with a lovely birthday card, and they were kind enough to customize the breakfast according to my dietary preferences, adding the items I requested and removing those I preferred not to have. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my requests made the experience even more memorable. As a thoughtful birthday gift, the hotel manager also waived the room service charge, which I truly appreciated. I requested a late check-out as well, and they happily extended my stay, giving me enough time to relax after my photoshoot. I returned to my room, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, ordered a fresh juice, and simply unwound. The hotel is elegant, cozy, and beautifully designed. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a quiet getaway, a solo retreat, or a special celebration. Every detail made me feel valued and genuinely cared for.
