Exceptional service from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and despite arriving at 7:00 a.m. after an early morning flight, the hotel had our room ready, allowing us to check in immediately. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference after a long journey. A special thank you to the incredible recreational staff, especially Domonic, who was friendly, professional, and made every activity enjoyable. The breakfast reception staff and all the dining staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to Hamza at reception for his professionalism and warm hospitality. We also greatly appreciated the security team, especially Elizabeth, who was always courteous, friendly, and made us feel safe and welcome. The staff in the Red Team also deserve recognition for their hard work and excellent customer service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to help made this one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
