I usually stay at Intercon properties and almost always receive good service. However, at the Intercontinental Doha The City executive lounge, staff went over and beyond, specifically Purity, Charibel, and Chef Ammar. I had an injury in my knee and Purity exerted great effort to find the correct pharmacy contact to get the tool I needed. Also, once Charibel knew of a specific diet issue, she informed Chef Ammar who immediately conceived a simple meal to assist. Indeed, absolutely GREAT service from this professional trio! Thank you all! The hotel is indeed fortunate to have such wonderful staff!
