Today I arrived at Horizon Manor Hotel in Doha, and my first impression was truly wonderful. A special thank you to Hajjar, who welcomed me with genuine kindness and professionalism. As soon as she knew I was Lebanese, she made me feel at home. Her warm attitude, attention to detail, and thoughtful gesture of upgrading me to an even better room than the one I had booked made my arrival even more memorable. Small acts of hospitality create the biggest impressions, and Hajjar certainly made mine a great one. Thank you for the warm welcome—I’m looking forward to seeing the same excellent service from the rest of the team throughout my stay. So far, an amazing start… let's see what the next chapter brings. 🥰😍🫠
