I have had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Villa Doha on multiple occasions now, and each visit reaffirms why this is my go-to property in the city. I would like to specifically recognise two individuals who have made a meaningful difference to my experience. First, Jayan — who works at ICONO, the restaurant within the Holiday Villa premises, where I believe he serves in a managerial capacity. Jayan has been a thorough professional who, over the years, consistently guided me and encouraged me to book my stays here. His warmth, knowledge, and genuine care for guests extend well beyond his own department, and I am grateful for his support. Second, Nikith at the Front Office has been my go-to person for reservations across my last two or three stays, and continues to impress. On this current visit, he made my check-in experience remarkably smooth and quick. Even though his shift was ending, he personally ensured that his colleague was fully briefed and that all formalities — document collection, key handover, room orientation — were completed without any delay or inconvenience to us. That kind of quiet, consistent professionalism is what keeps guests coming back. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention — when a room change was needed, they responded immediately and we were moved to a lovely room with a wonderful view. Overall, what sets Holiday Villa Doha apart is that customer satisfaction is clearly not just a slogan here — it is lived and practiced by the team every single day.
