Al Amir Street
Open in Google MapsThe hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the room was exceptionally clean as well. However, the reason I am giving this hotel only two stars is because of my experience with the receptionist lady , which was extremely disappointing. She was rude and spoke to us in an unprofessional and unfriendly manner, making us feel as though we were not welcome at the hotel. Her attitude was so unpleasant that I seriously considered arguing with her and canceling my reservation. The only reason I chose not to was because I had an event to attend in one of the hotel's halls, and I didn't want to ruin my day. A hotel can have beautiful rooms and excellent facilities, but the first impression always comes from the front desk. I sincerely hope the management provides better customer service training, because no guest should be treated this way.
