Residence Inn by Marriott Dammam

I have been staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Dammam as a long-term guest, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Everything about the hotel reflects strong and attentive management. The property is always very clean, orderly, and well maintained, and the overall standard of service is consistently high. The team treats guests with genuine warmth and care, which makes a significant difference, particularly during an extended stay. Breakfast is one of the highlights of my daily routine. Special praise goes to Chef Ahmed Mumtaz for the quality and variety of the food. The servers (Salim and others) and hostess are equally excellent, always welcoming, attentive, and warm in their service. The housekeeping team is truly top-notch. Ali, Manik, and Shamim deserve particular recognition for their professionalism, attention to detail, and consistently high standards. The front desk team is always cooperative, welcoming, and ready to assist, while the bell team is equally helpful and courteous. Overall, the Residence Inn Dammam has created a very comfortable and well-managed environment for long-term guests. The consistency of the cleanliness, service, hospitality, and attention to detail is a credit to both the management and the entire team. Highly recommended! P.S. One improvement I would suggest, particularly for long-term guests, would be to make food deliveries more convenient by allowing them to be brought to guest rooms, rather than requiring guests to go down to the reception or street level to collect them each time.
