Villa De Khaosan by Chillax

I had a six-nights stay at this hotel for my first visit to Thailand. I had a hard time to adjust my room temperature with the control penal. It seems broke. I contact with the service a few times and I also get the old penal replaces once. But I appeates still had issue to comfortably control my room temperature. On top of that, the pool had never open during my entire stay even though the hotel provided an alternative to use nearby hotel's pool. But it will take 10 minutes walk in the hot Bankok weather. So I dont know how many would want to walk 10 minutes under the hot sun! Breakfast was so-so compared with other hotels for my three week trips in the region the most navigate thing in the dinning room is that there is a big step from the buffet station area to the dining room! This is big safety concern all the guests. And there is no obvious warning in place. I almost fell to the floor with missed this huge step on my first breakfast there! This safety hazard issue need to be addressed by the management at their earliest! Otherwise, the hotel might be liable for any injuries caused by this huge step to any guests saying there. Fir all those reasons, I will have to give a two stars. I would like to see the safety issue to be addressed soon.
