Very disappointing stay. We booked a Deluxe Suite expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay with our baby, but the experience was the opposite. From the very first moment, one particular receptionist was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Before we had even entered the hotel, she came outside to where our taxi had just dropped us off and repeatedly told us (without any greeting) that check-in is at 2 PM. The hotel feels very rule-focused, with penalties to sign and a price list for items in the room. The worst part was checkout: we had to rush our baby to the hospital and ended up spending 2 out of 3 nights there. When we explained that we used a towel in this emergency, it was the same staff member again who showed zero empathy and only insisted on charging 500 baht. To be fair, not all staff were like this, but this repeated experience with the same person had a strong negative impact on our stay. This is not the kind and welcoming service we experienced elsewhere in Thailand.
