Horrible experience – Someone tried to enter our room at night! I highly recommend staying somewhere else. The hotel is poorly located, the breakfast is incredibly basic, and if you order food at the bar, expect tiny portions (we had to go to McDonald's afterward just so we wouldn't be hungry). To make matters worse, the front desk staff at check-in were cold, unwelcoming, and didn't even smile. But the absolute worst part happened at 11:30 PM. We were woken up by new guests trying to burst into our room because the front desk had mistakenly assigned our room to them! Luckily, we had the latch on, so the door didn't fully open. The staff then actually called our room to question why we were in there. The next day, management just gave a weak apology, claiming "new staff weren't updated." This is a massive safety and security issue. I immediately cancelled my future booking here and will never return. Avoid this place
