We had a wonderful stay at Sivatel Bangkok and would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the BTS (Sukhumvit line), with plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for travelling as a family. The buffet breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone. What really made our stay special, though, was the outstanding staff. A special thank you to Nita and Prissy, who were incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, especially towards our toddler. They always made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I'd also like to thank Jake from the restaurant and Jackie at the entrance, who were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The genuine hospitality from everyone at the hotel made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok! Tip for families: use the homepro building to get lift access to the BTS skybridge - will save you needing to take stairs to access the malls on the Sukhumvit line
