Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms were heavily infested with bed bugs, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We had booked for 2 nights but were forced to change rooms every single night due to the terrible condition of the rooms. Apart from that, there was a serious infestation of ants and cockroaches in the room and throughout the property, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The food quality was poor, unhygienic, and not worth the price charged. To make matters worse, the staff was arrogant, unhelpful, and showed no concern despite repeated complaints. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Absolutely not recommended for families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness and hospitality.
