This hotel is new and it shares the building with a sister Ibis hotel. The location of this hotel needs a bit of consideration if you are staying with young children. The nearby Nana Plaza type of entertainment tends to spill to the nearby streets. A bit of bar noise is heard in some rooms that face Soi 4. The Novotel side has no lobby only the restaurant. The rooms are adequate, but the bathrooms are definitely small and have a rather awkward shower/toilette door opening arrangement. As for the personnel, it is very attentive, courteous, and efficient. It is definitely a plus for this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to single or young couples who are not negatively impressed by the surroundings. It is located within walking distance to the BTS public transit system and it is very close to traditional as well as exotic type of entertainment.
