Loved the Montien. I felt all of the staff were absolutely superb and kind. There is a skinny gentleman with round glasses at the main entrance who always has a brilliant smile to greet you at the door. Loved seeing him after a day out. The rooms were clean and daily service was excellent. I felt the room could have used an extra trash can in the shower/bath area. The breakfast was excellent. There was always something different everyday. Coffee options were a plus. Location was a fantastic. Just a block or two to subway station. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bangkok.
