⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We love Thailand and rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was disappointing for the price. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable, but many details felt cheaply finished. Upon arrival - The reception staff were polite but lacked the warm Thai hospitality we've experienced elsewhere. Breakfast had very limited variety and was almost the same every day. The biggest disappointment was the gym: old equipment, no working air conditioning, and not even complimentary drinking water. Our booking was for three people, yet we received only two towels and two bottles of water each day. The location is good, but we've stayed in much better hotels in Thailand for a similar price. The lady at the travel desk was the friendliest person in the hotel. Unfortunately, we wouldn't choose this hotel again.
