Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai

Wow! This is a really great hotel from the beginning to the end! Can not describe how good this staff is and how great all the facilities are! Great size of rooms, very modern and clean, we stayed 2 adults and one child per room and was never tight! They were able to prepare the sofa as a second bed for my child and did not requested any extra fee. What about one of the most important things (for me) in a hotel, THE BREAKFAST? Wow! Wow! They have differen stations, european, thai, japanisch, sweets, fruits, etc etc. You need to check a map to discover all these stations (!!) and, the most curious thing: never get so crowded that you need to wait? I wonder how is posible? It was without doubt, one the best breakfast ever! My kids were also loving it! The pool is amazing! Exactly like the pics, the view from the pool was one of a kind and here also never got so crowded and always was posible to have a nice sunbed. The restaurant is offering european italian food, a little bit pricey compared to restaurants outside but if you are tired after the long flight is the best option to have dinner there. The Gym, also amazing, new machines and good size. The location is very convenient as you have the train station literally connected with reception so you can reach all the places easily. The best thing if this hotel, THE TEAM, although this is a big hotel, all the team members were outstanding, professional, helpful and were making ANYTHING possible. THANK YOU for your great service.
