I had read many good reviews so I decided to choose this hotel. However, this stay even exceeded my expectation. The staffs are so kind, friendly and professional, from reservation team, front desk (special thanks to K. Fang, Pat and Nadia), concierge, housekeeping and restaurant. The room is clean and very comfortable with fine toiletries. The breakfast is delicious with great variety. The location is very good with the big mall connecting to the hotel as well as BTS station. I recommended this hotel.
