The hotel needs more attention to cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. The lunch buffet was very limited, with very few options. The breakfast selection was also quite limited and may not be very appealing to international guests, as most of the dishes were Thai-style breakfast items. Overall, there is room for improvement in both cleanliness and food variety.
