First and foremost, I'd like to thank Jo, who is a very helpful person. He did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Regarding the location, it's a lovely spot, but several things need improvement to make it worth the price. The room was infested with flies and mosquitoes, the internet connection was weak (both Wi-Fi and mobile), and the room we stayed in didn't have blackout curtains, so we were woken up by daylight as early as 5:00 AM.
