Despite valid criticisms regarding occasional room odors, the stellar service at this hotel completely won me over. The staff is highly professional, accommodating, and genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. The restaurant team is equally courteous and helpful. While it’s true that the food variety is somewhat limited for a 4-star hotel, the quality is absolutely exceptional. As a seasoned traveler, I found their dining to be far superior to what I’ve experienced at many 5-star hotels. What they lack in sheer volume of options, they perfectly make up for in premium quality and taste. Note to top management: take care of room maintenance.
