Very poor customer service . Sound from neighboring rooms can be heard clearly which was very irritating. Cleaning staff make noises when cleaning neighboring rooms and I used to get woken up by it everyday. For any service , we need to request them 2 to 3 times then only they will act. Positives from Hotel is Cleanliness and location only.
