Hotel is very good. There are things needs to be addressed 1. Housekeepers need to be trained how to deal with customers very professionally. For example they knock door very strong. 2. The Managment use very old approach which is not acceptable. They program electricity to shut off by check out time. There are many better ways of addressing such issue with customers تطفيه الكهرباء إذا تاخر العميل غير مقبوله ومزعجة
