Worst customer service ever! I had a booking in Ramadan and I wasn’t able to go from Qatar because of the blockage of international flights from Qatar and called booking and informed the hotel before the dates. Booking understood the situation and was okay with returning my money but the hotel kept hustling and every time I call or try to contact them a different person answers and tells me to send on whatsapp and they’ll get back to me and they never did!
