If you have better budget, I’ll recommend you go with something else. I came in the morning and complained with my bathroom condition, that’s all wet and water dropped from the ceiling all the time. I asked them to repair while I am gone. Coming back, nothing happened. Did they apologize and felt bad? No, never heard they said sorry or regret with what happened. In the night, they promised will finish the maintenance room tomorrow, so they put me in the other room. Look what happened! I called them the next day. They sold it to other people after everything solved! My belongings and shoes still there actually! Again, no regrets attitude they showed, even THE MANAGER DIDNT FEEL SORRY OR APOLOGIZE WITH WHAT HAPPENED! Unbelievable! Not a good attitude shown by them. Not saying regret or willing to work better, instead blaming to us very arrogantly. Please, whomever from the hotel side read this, this is my suggestion: 1. Please take it accountable as this property under your management system. 2. Train your reception or customer service to give down the previous information to the next reception, so the evidence is clearly followed. And update to the guest, not blaming that we didn’t call them. You promised the room, and you have to be responsible with your promise! 3. Train all the people include manager to say Sorry, thankyou, and please! And to anyone who wants to stay here. please if you want a pleasant and calm stay, stay away with this hotel. May your day filled with happiness.
