I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Al Aziziyah. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always welcoming and professional. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mohammed Moallem, the supervisor, for his outstanding attitude, exceptional hospitality, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. He handled every concern promptly and professionally, ensuring that any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. His kindness, dedication, and attention to detail made a real difference and turned our stay into an excellent experience. Thank you, Mr. Mohammed Moallem, and the entire team, for your excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to staying here again.

From 12 years old children are considered as an adult and pay for extra bed and meal charges.
  • Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
