I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Al Aziziyah. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always welcoming and professional. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mohammed Moallem, the supervisor, for his outstanding attitude, exceptional hospitality, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. He handled every concern promptly and professionally, ensuring that any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. His kindness, dedication, and attention to detail made a real difference and turned our stay into an excellent experience. Thank you, Mr. Mohammed Moallem, and the entire team, for your excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to staying here again.

Ramadan special: • All bookings that include breakfast will be provided with full buffet Sohour instead. Iftar Ramadan Buffet cost 120 SAR per person per meal, Sohour Ramadan buffet cost 120 SAR per person per meal.
In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Family policy: Children up to 07 years old stay free (with parents can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate. Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals. From 6 - 11 years old there is a 50% discount on meals. From 12 years old children are considered as an adult and pay for extra bed and meal charges.
